ICBC Active Rehab Clients: Please choose ICBC Initial Assessment and follow the account setup.

DROP-IN FEE for ICBC clients (Sheraton Wall Health Club)

A $25 entrance drop-in fee will be required for each session. This drop-in fee can be reimbursed to the client by ICBC with the provided invoice.

Appointment Cancellation Notice

Rapid Health Rehab requires 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. No-shows or cancellations made without 24 hours’ notice will be billed in full. If you are unable to provide 24 hours’ notice due to illness or emergencies, please alert your professional as soon as possible.
