INJURED IN A CAR ACCIDENT?

ICBC pre-approves 12 kinesiology sessions in the first 12 weeks after a crash. You do not need a doctor’s referral, and you do not need to wait for your adjuster.

Where We Meet

• Sheraton Wall Centre Fitness Club - 1000 Burrard Street, at Nelson Google Map
• Your home or a local community centre - mobile sessions in the downtown area
• Online - virtual sessions by video

What It Costs

• All sessions are paid at the time of service, and a credit card is required to secure your booking. GST is added at checkout.
• ICBC sessions are billed at ICBC’s approved rate, so your receipt is eligible for reimbursement - pay us, then submit the receipt to ICBC.

Cancellation Policy

• We require 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations or rebookings made 12 - 24 hours before your appointment are charged a $60 fee.
• No-shows or cancellations under 12 hours are charged the full session fee.
